We booked 52nd Street wedding band for our wedding on the 6th of July. Where do I start. From the minute they started to play until the end of the night the dance floor was packed. They played floor fillers all night and had young and old up dancing non-stop. Cannot recommend these guys enough. John is so personable and made it a very easy process. We are still getting guests asking who the band were as they were so good. Thank you so much 52nd Street.

We booked 52nd Street Wedding Band for our wedding on 20th July after meeting John and his band about 12 months ago. We were so impressed with their style of music and professionalism that we decided to book the complete package of Ceremony music, pre reception music, the band for the night and the DJ. John was a pleasure to work with, he was always ready to take a phone call or give advice on songs and music, he gave me a song list and from here I found my perfect entrance song which John played and sang beautifully in the church. The music at the hotel was absolutely amazing and kept all the guests entertained throughout the afternoon. The 5 piece band that we went for included the sax player and John was just so helpful in making sure we had the perfect mix of music to suit our guests, the band included everything from pop, to trad to country, everything we asked for, nothing was a problem. The band were lively and great fun and interacted with the children who danced their socks off all night long. Everybody commented on how great the band was and also the DJ who was brilliant and even sent around request cards to the tables. We are delighted we chose 52nd Street as our wedding band and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent band and a pleasure to deal with. Two testimonies to how good 52nd Street were - I (bride) spent the entire night on the dance floor and the consistent comments the next day from guests were how good the band were. John was most obliging to incorporate some of our guests into the entertainment - a singer, an Irish dancer and a little girl ``playing`` an inflatable saxophone. John took the time to get to know us and the guests in advance which made me so comfortable to hand over the reins to him.

We met John from 52nd Street Wedding Band when planning our wedding. From the outset we found John and the band to be extremely professional and a band with geniune musical talent and backgrounds. Any request we had was always met with great positivity and flexibility. On our wedding day our speeches ran rather late! The band were incredible fast at setting up and soon had everybody (All ages) in the room dancing into the early morning hours. The feedback from our guests was unbelievable and people were looking for the bands details from us. John Thank You so much for everything, you made it all so easy for us.

We had the pleasure of having 52nd Street play at our wedding and they were fantastic, never been to a wedding before where the dance floor was full all night. John went to the extra effort of learning a song for us that we wanted for our first dance and they did it beautifully. When I ask people what the highlight out of our wedding day was...the majority of comments I hear back are...THE BAND WAS AMAZING... I remember the night myself and Shane went to 52nd Street's Showcase in The Keadeen. We were both bopping in our seats and we just knew then that we had to have them for our wedding. We weren't wrong. The dance floor was full all night. John made it so personal and made sure he knew the names to call on....He had worked a lot with Shane behind the scenes on a few numbers and it went down great.
I would highly recommend 52nd Street. Along with the band, Brian Brett (DJ) played into the wee hours of the morning. There wasn't a song he didn't have.
John puts his heart and soul into his music and it really comes across. He genuinely looks like he is enjoying himself all night and you can see he just loves what he does... Well John, you made a bride and groom very happy that night...and for that, we are forever thankful.

John - It is hard to believe that it is 4 weeks ago today that we had our big day in Ashley Park. We want to acknowledge 52 Street's contribution to what was a fantastic and memorable occasion. As expected the Band and DJ were just superb, bringing a superior level of involvement, excitement and happiness to all our guests many of whom commented since about the great night they had. The variety of songs, the mixture of sets ensured the wide range of age groups were all catered for. Also the overall sound was of a level to allow conversation take place whilst the dancers had a great night on the dance floor.

We had 52nd Street as our wedding band in August. They were just fantastic. They play great music, create a great atmosphere and they are great craic. 52nd street helped to create a wonderful atmosphere for our wedding. A relaxing atmosphere was created by John playing the piano during the drinks reception and he even gathered friends around the piano for a sing song which created memories to be treasured.

Absolutely 100% from start to finish “ oh what a night “ this amazing band played at our wedding last month.. John allowing our daughter sing our 1st dance with him was just a dream .... excellent music & singing catering for all ages from Status Quo to Ed Sheeran and from Tina Turner to Van Halen, we had the best night ever. We had the absolute pleasure of having 52nd Street perform at our Charity Ball for Relay for Life Kildare last night, and from the moment they began to play the dance floor was filled and was never empty!
